SITE 4: DETAILS
Current Problem
The College Drive area has been a concern for ODOT for many years. The speed limit has been reduced to 50 mph in the area. The problem is there are too many residential roads with access to the highway. There are a dozen access points in one half of a mile. These access points have no acceleration lanes to give vehicles a chance to match the speed of oncoming traffic.
